Services

FreshHome.site provides cleaning and care services for residential and commercial premises. The specific services to be provided will be agreed upon between the Client and FreshHome.site prior to commencement of work.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance unless otherwise agreed upon.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service cost.

If our cleaning staff arrives at your premises and cannot gain access due to incorrect information provided by you, a fee equal to 50% of the service cost may be charged.

Payment Terms

Payment is required upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.

For recurring services, we may offer billing options including monthly billing or automatic payment processing.

Invoices not paid within 30 days of the invoice date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive to provide exceptional cleaning services. If you are not completely satisfied with our work, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will return to remedy the issue at no additional cost.

Our satisfaction guarantee is limited to re-cleaning the specific areas in question and does not include refunds unless we cannot resolve the issue to your reasonable satisfaction.

Liability and Damage

While we take great care in providing our services, accidents can occasionally happen. FreshHome.site maintains comprehensive insurance coverage for any damage that may occur during our cleaning services.

You must report any damage allegedly caused by our cleaning staff within 24 hours of service completion.

We are not liable for:

• Normal wear and tear
• Pre-existing damage
• Damage due to faulty or deteriorated surfaces
• Water damage from leaking pipes or appliances
• Damage to items that require specialist cleaning not previously disclosed

Website Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on FreshHome.site's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial)
